The Mark is the most economical build within the Mark line of sails. Utilizing Monofilm for its main window and panels, brings down the material cost yet makes for a superbly light sail build.
All other performance features of the Mark are identical to the Mark B.
RDM or SDM compatible on all sizes, except 5.4, 5.8.
The new Goya Windsurfing sails now come packed in recycled cardboard and paper tape only. No redundant plastic bags. Your sail bag is that protective bag, keeping your planet, our planet, one step cleaner. We figured it’s a worthy trade off, as our love for windsurfing and the planet only grows.

Hi, What type of mast is recommended for 2021 GOYA MARK PRO AND X PRO 8.5m2?
Jerome
Aloha Jerome,
Thank you for your message and interest in our gear.
The sail can be used on a 490 SDM or RDM. Each style of mast offers unique benefits. The RDM's increased wall thickness provides added durability and impact resistance, while the higher-diameter SDM provides quicker reflex and drive. This versatility and other rig components ensure that you can adapt to your current RDM/SDM extensions or boom head.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or if there is anything that we can help.
All the best,
Francisco
We are back in Madrid after a two week holiday in Bonaire. This is our tenth summer there. We were pleasantly surprised by the new Dunkerbeck Center at Sorobon Beach Resort. We have been staying at Sorobon since it became a family resort about 5 or 6 years ago. We used to rent equipment from Bonaire Windsurf Place.
But the Dunkerbeck center having Goya equipment was a great thing. We have been able to try the various Bolts, Volars and Protons. You know back home I own a 116 Carrera and a 130 Volar. But to be able to try the other boards in all conditions was an awesome experience.
The Bolts and Protons are really good on every size. The Volars are as easy as pie. I love them in mild conditions. And your Mark sails rock.
The only thing I missed is a couple of Carreras to enjoy their torque. And a few more sails as sometimes they were running short.
But all in all, I think it is really amazing to have the opportunity to try all the Goya equipment at a rental center. Good job.
Now I’m checking your 2019 collection. It looks sooo appetizing...
First season with new Bolt 135, Mark 7.8, 180 C-Boom, RDM 460/90 and 30 C-Extension. The equipment is superb: great design and outstanding quality. So far used on 18 - 30 mph winds and every piece works together flawlessly. Super happy (...and very fast) sailor here!!! Keep up the great work. Many thanks!!!!
I have the Mark II 6.6, and love this sail on my Bolt 105! I’m still going faster than many « full slalom guys », so it’s a good sign! Looking forward to try with the MFC H1 I should have soon… And some nice « speed crossing » in mind when it gets warmer here ! 😉
Me compre una Mark 6.6 para la Bolt 115 , peso 70kl, ya la use con 16/17 nudos y me pareció INCREIBLE, muy estable ,rápida y maniovrable. Realmente es una excelente combinación con la tabla, los felicito por esta vela
Dear Goya,
Thank you so much for donating a brand new Goya Mark 7.2 sail! Given your help, we were able to raise over $4,000 for our kids program! This money will provide children in the Gorge with new gear, easy storage and access, and dedicated coaching to advance their skills to provide continued access for the kids.
With an estimated 3,000 people in attendance throughout the weekend, Beach Bash was a huge success! Friday night, people were on their feet and dancing as Dirty Revival rocked the Waterfront Park. The concert attracted many around the area and we were able to raise even more money through generous donations, food and drinks from our vendors.
Saturday and Sunday we moved to the Event Site to enjoy local bands, The Ultronz and Soul Profit, more food vendors, and of course demos out on the water. Families were able to interact with paddle boarding, windsurfing and foil demos. American Windsurfing Tour entertained spectators watching the competitions and those who participated throughout the weekend. CGWA also gained 44 new members, and are excited to add them to the team!
Thank YOU for helping make this weekend possible for everyone! We couldn’t of done this without your generous donation of the Season Ski Pass and your sponsorship of the event.
Sincerely,
CGWA
Try this dream kit (Goya Mark + Bolt) and you’ll end up listing yourself too on your first ever downwind slalom competition, no doubt there. This combo is extremely easy to handle, quick around the marks and speedy enough to create some disturbance : )

Had some great sessions at Lago di Garda - Itlay with my fabulous gear (Carrera 116 and Mark 7.2). It is a perfect combination for easy riding and speed. The Mark is fast and provides a super easy handling. The 8.5 works also very well with the Carrera 144. Needs some fine tuning in setup, but then it is a great feeling to speed the lake.
