A few words about yourself. I began windsurfing when I was 8, just as a summer activity… During the years this passion became more and more strong and now my dream is to become a Professional windsurfer and live for this sport. I also attend the University of Engineering in Turin and I want to graduate well.
What makes your ride? The freedom, the power and the challenge that windsurfing transmits me is something unbelievable.
How much do you love to windsurf? Too much!! (friends tell me!).
What is your most memorable session? I remember lots of awesome sessions… the best ones are those with perfect conditions and friends sailing with you! I can remember memorable sessions for each of my windsurfing trips: Punta Blanca in Fuerteventura, Carro in France, Imperia in Italy, Khasiit in Oman and Ho’okipa on my first competition day!
What inspires you? The challenge mostly…the challenge to myself, to others and to Nature.
Describe your quiver and the range of conditions you use it on. I mainly use Guru G4 sails in the European conditions, 3.7 4.2 and 4.7. While in side, side-off conditions like Maui I prefer the Fringe, 3 batten sail, 4.2 and 4.5. My board is the Quatro Pyramid 76L, perfect for every condition thanks to an early planning and a radical turn.
What does riding for Goya mean to you? It’s an incredible opportunity, riding for one of the best Windsurfing brands ever. I’m super-motivated and ready to do my best!.
